Safety first         
Parksville and Evolve are committed to rider and community safety. Here’s what you need to know:

• Riders must be 18+
• Helmets are mandatory – each device includes a shared helmet (cleaned and inspected regularly) or bring your own.
• No passengers allowed (one person per e-scooter/ e-bike).
• Speed limits: Max 25 km/h, with designated slow zones and no-ride zones.
• No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Regular inspections and maintenance keep devices in safe working condition.
• Safety outreach and training available at community events.

Devices damaged or left outside a zone, should be reported to 1 844 386-2386.
