Let's Talk Financial Plan 2026-2030

Each year, the City prepares a five-year financial plan to meet the needs of our community. Development of the plan is a complex process which includes input from City departments, background briefings for Council and public consultation. This page is where you can learn about the financial planning process which begins fall 2025 and provide your comments and ideas. Public participation ensures our financial plan reflects the community’s current wants and needs and also assist Council determine the needs of a growing community while delivering on key priorities and projects
